Refund policy
Withdrawal Period: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item that does not meet your expectations, in accordance with applicable law.
Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, non-personalised and in complete packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless due to an error or defect attributable to ELINTIE.

This address corresponds to our dedicated returns processing centre. Parcels returned to any other address (including the registered office to Limoges) cannot be properly handled by our logistics team.
Important: Do not return items to the company’s registered office in Limoges. Any parcel sent to another address, including the head office, will be considered lost and will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds: Once the returned item has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Excluded Items: For hygiene reasons, certain jewellery items that have been worn, tried on or personalised cannot be returned or exchanged.
