Terms of sale

These terms govern the contractual relationship between ELINTIE and its customers for any purchase made on the ELINTIE.COM website.

Products: The products offered include jewellery and accessories. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Availability is subject to stock.

Prices: Prices are listed in euros (€). VAT not applicable (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code). Any applicable shipping costs are indicated before order confirmation.

Orders: An order becomes final once payment has been confirmed. ELINTIE reserves the right to cancel any order in case of an obvious error or payment issue.

Payment: Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other secure methods offered on the website. Bank details are never stored.

Delivery: Products are shipped from our warehouses located in France or abroad. Average delivery time: 7 to 10 business days. A confirmation email is sent once your order has been dispatched.

Right of Withdrawal: The customer has 14 days from receipt of the parcel to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with consumer law.

Guarantees: Products are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.

Liability: ELINTIE cannot be held liable for indirect damages or delays beyond its control.

Disputes: In case of dispute, the customer may contact the FEVAD e-commerce mediator free of charge: Médiateur du e-commerce FEVAD – www.mediateurfevad.fr. If no amicable solution is reached, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of ELINTIE’s registered office.
