Shipping policy

Order Processing and Dispatch: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Products may be shipped from our warehouses located in France or abroad to optimise logistics costs.

Delivery Times: On average, between 7 and 10 business days depending on the destination country. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fees: Fees are indicated during checkout, or may be waived during certain promotional offers.

Delivery Address: The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. In case of error or incomplete address, ELINTIE cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery.

Delays: In the event of an exceptional delay, the customer will be notified by email. In the event of a significant delay or a parcel reported as lost, a claim can be opened with the carrier. This process may take up to 30 calendar days. As soon as the loss is confirmed, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a refund.
